iPhone Lucky Draw – Terms & Conditions

Campaign Period: 15 July 2026 – 21 July 2026

Thank you for participating in our iPhone Lucky Draw campaign. By placing an order during the campaign period, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Campaign Period

  • The campaign is valid from 15 July 2026 to 21 July 2026 (11:59 PM IST).

  • Orders placed before or after this period will not be eligible.

2. Eligibility

  • Customers must place an order of ₹999 or above during the campaign period.

  • Every eligible order will receive one (1) Lucky Draw Entry.

  • Multiple eligible orders will receive multiple entries.

3. Lucky Draw

  • Only one (1) lucky customer will win the iPhone.

  • The winner will be selected through a fair and random lucky draw after the campaign ends.

  • Placing an order gives you a chance to win. It does not guarantee that you will win the prize.

4. Eligible Orders

Only successfully completed and delivered orders will be considered eligible.

The following orders are not eligible:

  • Cancelled orders

  • Returned orders

  • Refunded orders

  • RTO (Return to Origin) orders

  • Fraudulent or duplicate orders

5. Winner Announcement

  • The lucky draw will be conducted after the campaign ends.

  • The winner will be announced on 22 July 2026 on our official website and/or social media pages.

  • The winner will also be contacted using the registered mobile number provided with the order.

6. Prize

  • The prize is one (1) Apple iPhone.

  • The iPhone model and colour will be decided by the organizer based on availability.

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.

7. Winner Verification

Before the prize is awarded, the selected winner may be asked to provide:

  • Order details

  • A valid government-issued photo ID

If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, does not respond, or fails verification, the organizer reserves the right to select another winner.

8. Use of Winner Information

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the organizer may publish the winner's first name, city, and photograph on the website and official social media pages for announcement and promotional purposes. No sensitive personal information will be shared without consent.

9. Organizer's Rights

The organizer reserves the right to:

  • Verify the authenticity of any order.

  • Disqualify fraudulent or suspicious entries.

  • Modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign if required due to technical, legal, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Make the final decision regarding eligibility and winner selection.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in this campaign, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
